A waste of time
TL;DR… Installed this to sign some real estate docs. Finished by printing them out, signing them with a pen, and redigitizing them on my flatbed scanner.
The user interface is terribly laggy with delays rendering display changes when scrolling, when clicking on page elements, and when trying to use the signature feature. This was an 11 page PDF with less than 400kB file size.
It also has poor usability features for doing the primary thing its designed to do: sign things. For example, you cant copy a form element and paste it in at another location. You have to duplicate it, then drag it over—very slowly—to the page where you want to paste it. Theres no cache of saved signatures to pick from, so you either have re-sign each time using the clunky capture tool or do the slow duplicate-and-drag routine.
And most notably, it crashed when I tried to save the document I had spent a half hour filling out, saving only parts of the document. This was a complete waste of my money, and more importantly, my time.
